Internship Position: 90-Day Challenge:

  • Summer Intern Program Runs: From 5-11-2026 to 8-8-2026
  • Fall Intern Program Runs: From 9-14-2026 to 12-12-2026
  • Spring Intern Program Runs: From 1-11-2027 to 4-10-2027

Pay Policy: 1099-Independent Contractor, This is NOT a W-2 Employee Position

Part-Time: Flexible Average 12-24 hours A Week

Typical Work Days: Flexible

Typical Work Hours: Flexible

Work Location: 100% From Home and Remote On-site at Client’s Operation

Pay Rate: 33.33% Commission on client’s first-year annual revenues ($2,400.00 Per Client Average Annual Revenue)

Proposed Target: 10 New Payroll and/or Accounting Clients In 90-Days

Based on our target, the average hourly rate calculation is:

  • 12 hours a week = $51.28 / hour
  • 18 hours a week = $34.19 hour
  • 24 hours a week = $25.64 hour

Job Description:

  • Cold call on small businesses in the Western PA Region, your local county specifically
  • Engage with the client to submit a quote
  • Convert the quoted lead into a sale
  • Enroll client engagement into service authorization agreements

  • Communications with potential clients include:
    • E-mail
    • Text
    • Video conference calls
    • Telephone calls
    • Personal one-on-one visits

Job Requirements & Qualifications: Must have reliable form of transportation and ability to engage professionally with small business owner / operators

Require Job Training:

  • Weekly sales training calls
  • Various industry-leading training material review assignments including:
    • Branding (clear & simple story-telling)
    • Marketing (lead-generation)
    • Sales (lead-conversion)

Required Education: High school or equivalent GED

Required Experience: None
